BrewDog IPA 

 

This 5.6% trans-atlantic fusion IPA is light golden in colour with tropical fruits and light caramel on the nose. The palate soon becomes assertive and resinous with the New Zealand hops balanced by the biscuit malt.

 

The finish is aggressive and dry with the hops emerging over the warming alcohol.This fresh, full flavour natural beer is our tribute to the classic IPAs of yester-year. The post modern twist is the addition of amazing fruity hops giving an explosion of tropical fruit flavours and a sharp bitter finish.

Duvel

 

Duvel is a natural beer with a subtle bitterness, a refined flavour and a distinctive hop character.

 

The unique brewing process, which takes about 90 days, guarantees a pure character, delicate effervescence and a pleasant sweet taste of alcohol.Apart from pure spring water, which is the main ingredient of beer, barley is the most important raw material. Barley must germinate for five days in the malt house, after which malt remains. 

Liefmans’

 

Liefmans’ beers are brewed with love and craftsmanship, steeped in the rich tradition of Belgian beer culture.Liefmans is made with a combination of light, dark and roasted malt. After fermenting for a week, the beer spends from between two months to a year maturing in our cellars, depending on the type. The typical bitterness, with sweet overtones, is created by blending mature beers with younger brews.Liefmans is a byword for originality, elegance and quality.

Kirin Ichiban

 

What is the "Ichiban Shibori Process"? Why does it make Kirin Ichiban so special?Ichiban Shibori, or 'First Press', is the unique, uncompromising process by which this legendary Japanese beer is made using only the sweet, flavoursome liquid from a single pressing of the finest ingredients.

 

Other beers, brewed by less exacting methods, are pressed and repressed. Kirin Ichiban is crisper, richer, purer - because we press once, dispose of what is left and begin again.For us, there is no other way.Ichiban Shibori, beer at its purest

 Maisel's Weisse

 

Bavaria's unique wheat beer specialtyThe careful selection of the finest wheat and barley malts gives Maisel's Weisse his glowing reddish amber color and the generations of master brewers traditional brewing methods of bottle fermentation with yeast from our own pure breeding gives it its unique character.

 

The fresh smell of Banana and pleasant fruit notes combines the Antrunk with mild seasoning made from malt, fruit and clove aroma and a nuance of nutmeg.
